Bangladesh drew against Sri Lanka in Chattogram. However, there was an opportunity to turn around in the Dhaka Test. Such a possibility was created. But due to the failure of the batsmen, Bangladesh now fearing of an innings defeat.

Bangladesh lost four wickets for 23 runs in their second innings. At the end of the day, Mominul Haque's team are 34 for 4 wickets. Mushfiqur Rahim and Liton Das are in the batting scoring 14 and 1 respectively.

Bangladesh will start the fifth and final day's play after trailing by 107 runs. Where you don't have to survive all day. We have to fight in reality to save the match.

Bangladesh, trailing by 141 runs, lost the wicket of Tamim Iqbal at the beginning of the innings. Najmul Hossain Shanto also got run out for 2 leaving Bangladesh under pressure.

Skipper Mominul Haque (0) once again failed to prove his worth in much-needed time. Mahmudul Hasan Joy survived in the first over of the innings but could not make it worthy as he got dismissed for 15 off  Asitha Fernando.

For Sri Lanka, Asitha Fernando took 2 wickets and Kasun Rajitha bagged 1 wicket.

Sri Lanka were bowled out for 506 in the first innings in reply to Bangladesh's 365. Dimuth Karunaratne's team has a lead of 141 runs.

At the end of the third day, Sri Lanka was behind by 83 runs. In the first session of the fourth day, the visiting team got a lead of 4 runs without losing any wicket. The Lankans did not lose any wicket in the second session either. They took 94 run lead before the tea break.

Dinesh Chandimal and Angelo Mathews scored centuries to lead the team. Ebadat Hossain broke the 199-run partnership between Mathews and Chandimal by taking the wicket of Chandimal (124).

Sri Lanka lost their last five wickets for 41 runs. Where Shakib Al Hasan and Ebadat Hassan played the main role.

Sri Lanka's innings ended when Asitha Fernando was run out by Shakib's direct throw. Matthews was unbeaten on 144 at the other end.
