PCB grants NOCs to seven Pakistan players for County 2022

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has granted No Objection Certificates (NOC) to seven cricketers to play in the upcoming county season.

According to PCB, seven players are scheduled to leave for England. They are Hasan Ali, Mohammad Abbas, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Mohammad Rizwan, Naseem Shah, Zafar Gohar, and Azhar Ali.

Shaheen Shah Afridi will be representing Middlesex, Mohammad Rizwan will play for Sussex, Azhar Ali is signed up by Worcestershire, Naseem Shah and Zafar Gohar will be in action for Gloucestershire.

Moreover, Hasan Ali and Mohammad Abbas will be representing Lancashire and Hampshire respectively.

However, the players will have to return to the country if they are called for international duty.

Pakistan will play a rescheduled three-match ODI series against the West Indies at home in June. Then Sri Lanka will tour Pakistan to play two Tests and three ODIs. 

Babar Azam's team will tour the Netherlands in late July. Then the fight for the Asia Cup in Sri Lanka from July 26.
