Chattogram Challengers unveils jersey

Chattogram Challengers have unveiled the jersey ahead of Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) slated to start from January 21.

Chattogram Challenger franchise chairman Akhtar Uzzaman, managing director KM Rifatuzzaman and vice chairman Shaznin Khan officially handed over the new jerseys to cricketers at a hotel in the capital on Monday. Team head coach Paul Nixon was also present at that time.  

With the celebration of 50 years of victory in mind, this year's jersey of Challengers has an episode of various chapters of the country's glory. 

In this context, the managing director of Chattogram Challengers K.M. Rifatuzzaman said, "We are celebrating 50 years of victory." "That's why we put that reflection in the jersey. This is our attempt to pay deep respect to the heroic martyrs of freedom. We believe that the young generation will take Bangladesh a long way. So this time in BPL too we have formed a youth-dependent team."

Along with the jersey, Chattogram Challengers also unveiled its official website on the same occasion. 

This website will have all kinds of activities of Challengers on and off the field.

Chattogram Challengers head coach Paul Nixon, bowling coach Shaun Tait, cricketers Nasum Ahmed, Sabbir Rahman, Shoriful Islam, Mrityunjay Chowdhury and many others were present at the ceremony. Chief Operating Officer of Chattogram Challengers Syed Yasir Alam thanked everyone to join the ceremony.
