AL to join president`s EC formation talks today

The ruling Awami League (AL) is scheduled to join ongoing presidential talks on the formation of a new Election Commission (EC) today (on Monday). 

A 10-member delegation, led by Awami League (AL) President Sheikh Hasina, will attend the president's EC formation dialogue at Bangabhaban at 4:00 pm.  

The other members of the delegation are - AL General Secretary Obaidul Quader, advisory council members Amir Hossain Amu and Tofail Ahmed, presidium members Matia Chowdhury, Sheikh Fazlul Karim Selim, Dr. Abdur Razzak , Lt.Col. Muhammad Faruk Khan, Jahangir Kabir Nanak and Abdur Rahman. 

Earlier on January 9, the Awami League was invited by the Press Division of the President's Office for the dialogue.
