Rowshan Ershad in Bangkok for advanced treatment

Rowshan Ershad, the leader of the Opposition in the Jatiya Sangsad and Chief Patron of the Jatiya Party, has been admitted to a hospital in Bangkok, Thailand for advanced treatment.
She is accompanied by his only son Rahgir Al Mahi Saad Ershad and Saad’s wife Mahima Ershad.
Earlier on Saturday evening (November 5), they left Bangladesh for Bangkok by air ambulance.
Rowshan Ershad’s personal assistant Mamun Hasan confirmed the news. Citing Saad Ershad, he said Rowshan Ershad reached Bangkok around 9:30 pm. She was later admitted to Bumrungrad Hospital.
Rowshan Ershad was admitted to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in the capital on August 14 with lung complications. She has been undergoing treatment there for three months. At first, she was kept in the ICU, later, when her condition improved, she was taken to the cabin.
When Rowshan Ershad’s condition deteriorated on October 20, she was taken to the ICU again. Recently, doctors have been advising Saad Ershad to take her out of the country for better treatment.
