DMP provides tight security for PM on 15 August

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner MD. Shafiqul Islam said they have taken all-out security of Sheikh Hasina's at National Mourning Day programme and 47th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
After inspecting the security system of the program on the occasion of National Mourning Day DMP Commissioner said to reporters at Dhanmondi 32, on Sunday afternoon.
He also said that there is no threat of visible or invisible terrorist attacks on the day. However, a special security zone will be created to ensure the safety of the Prime Minister.
In reply to a journalists query, What kind of security arrangements will there, Shafiqul Islam said, attempts have been made to kill our Prime Minister several times. As a result, there will be some special measures for his safety that I don't think everyone needs to know about.
He also requested people not to carry any bag, sharp weapon, firebox or any inflammable product while visiting Bangabandhu Bhaban to pay tributes to the late president, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
