Man arrested for attempting to sabotage Padma Bridge

The Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime Unit (CTTC) of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested a man on charges of attempting to sabotage the Padma Bridge.
CTTC head Md. Asaduzzaman confirmed the information on Thursday.
However, the name of the detainee was not disclosed initially.
Asaduzzaman said a man has been arrested for attempting sabotage at the Padma Bridge. Details will be announced at a press conference at the DMP Media Center at noon.
