Fire at shoe factory in capital, 4 units working

A fire broke out at a shoe factory in Dakshin Banasree in the capital. Four units of fire service are working to bring the blaze under control.
The fire broke out at 10:45 am on Monday at the shoe factory at 12/5 Road, Dakshin Banasree.
Shahjahan Sikder, officer-in-charge of the Fire Service and Civil Defense Department, confirmed the information to the media.
He said on information, a unit of the fire service went to the spot. Later three more units were joined.
Meanwhile, the cause of the fire and no casualties have been reported so far, the fire service official said.
