Dry weather likely; Night temperature may rise

In its 24-hour weather forecast commencing at 9:00 am on Tuesday, Bangladesh Meteorological Department predicted dry weather over the country.
"Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country," BMD said in a release adding that light fog may occur at places over the country during morning.
Besides, night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the release added.
Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining area. Trough of low lies over North Bay. A low pressure area is likely to form over South Andaman Sea during next 24 hours.
Country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 32.2 degrees Celsius at Teknaf under Chattogram division and minimum temperature today was 11.3 degrees Celsius at Tetulia under Rangpur division.
Today's sunset at 5:11 PM and tomorrow's sunrise at 6:25 AM at Dhaka.
