Muktijuddha Mancha has filed a complaint against 21 people, including the Pakistan cricket team and its captain Babar Azam, for violating the national flag policy.

The petition was filed in the court of Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court on Thursday.

Confirming the matter, Lawyer Md. Mahbubul Haque said a petition was filed to lodge a case against the Pakistan cricket team as they flew the Pakistani flag during a practice session at the academy ground in Mirpur, Bangladesh. An order will be issued in this regard in the afternoon.

The Bangladesh Muktijuddha Mancha demanded punishment against the Pakistan cricket team for flying the Pakistani flag during practice at the Mirpur Stadium on Thursday (November 18). The demand was made by burning the Pakistani flag from a human chain program at the foot of the Raju sculpture in Dhaka University (DU) on that day.
