Apple Cider Vinegar is a very popular drink these days. It can be eaten as a salad dressing or mixed with water. Studies have shown that this drink plays an important role in weight control. Drinking it keeps you full, which prevents you from eating 250 to 275 calories a day. Another study found that consuming 15 to 30 ml of vinegar per day resulted in a 1.2 to 1.7 kg weight loss in 12 weeks.


Eggs contain a lot of cholesterol, so those who are afraid to have them should know that this is a food that helps in losing weight if eaten in moderation. Eggs are rich in protein and fat which gives energy and keeps the stomach full. One study says, 30 women who were struggling with excess weight claimed that eating an egg every morning reduced their appetite and kept them satiated for the next 36 hours. Another study said that if eggs are eaten for breakfast in the morning, it helps to lose weight.
