Asaduzzaman Noor contracts COVID again

Veteran actor and Member of Parliament (MP) Asaduzzaman Noor has been attacked by COVID again. Earlier in December, he was admitted to the hospital with COVID.
Asaduzzaman Noor was born on 31 October of 1946 in an aristocratic family in Nilphamari district. His acting career started in Theatre. He has been associated with one of the country's leading drama organizations, the 'Nagorik Natto Somproday' since the post-independence period. His performance in the play 'Nurul Deener Sarajibon' is still in the hearts of many.
He has also been seen directing plays in Nagorik Natto Somproday. Noor's play 'Dewan Gazir Kiccha' is being staged for almost four decades. He has also been acclaimed for his role in the play 'Galileo'. Asaduzzaman Noor acted in the play Galileo on 14 October at the Porikkhon Theater Hall of the National Theater.
He got stardom by acting in stage as well as television dramas. In the nineties, he gained immense popularity by playing the role of 'Baker bhai' in Humayun Ahmed's play 'Kothao Keu Nei'.
Asaduzzaman Noor is associated with the politics of Bangladesh Awami League. He has won the National Assembly elections three times in a row.
He is currently serving as a member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Culture.
