43rd BCS written exam ends

The 43rd BCS written examination under Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) started today. This exam will continue till July 31.
The English exam started at 10 am on Sunday and ended at 2 pm. The result of the 43rd BCS preliminary examination was announced on January 20 where 15,229 candidates were selected for the written exam.
According to a PSC notification, the 43rd BCS written examination (compulsory subject) will be held following proper hygiene rules. The examination will be conducted simultaneously in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Mymensingh centers.
It is also informed that books, bags, wallets, wrist watches, mobile phones, calculators or electronic communication devices, etc. are not allowed to be brought during the examination. Candidates will not be allowed to use any jewelry and carry credit cards or bank cards or any such items in the examination hall.
The 43rd BCS preliminary examination was held on October 29 last year. The examination was conducted simultaneously in 369 centers in eight divisional cities. 4,42,832 job seekers applied to participate in the examination. 15,229 candidates were selected for the written exam.
