Six students gets GPA-5 after re-check

Results of 82 candidates in SSC examination has changed in Cumilla Board. Six students among them have got GPA-5 after the re-check who failed earlier.
Cumilla Education Board's examination controller Dr. Md. Asaduzzaman confirmed the results of the re-check published on Friday.
He said that the results of 82 candidates for the re-check of 2021 SSC examination were changed. Of these, 51 passed from fail, out of which six got GPA-5 and grade of 25 have changed.
Meanwhile, students whose results have changed will be able to apply online for college admission on January 22 and 23.
The results of the SSC examination were published on 30 December 2021 and the application for re-check was accepted from 31 December to 6 January. 4193 students in 11 subjects applied online for review of 4679 answer sheets.
Besides, 65 students have passed who failed earlier in Rajshahi board. The results of the re-check of SSC and equivalent examination have been published on Friday.
And 9 people newly got GPA-5. Despite failing earlier, three candidates of the board got GPA-5 in the re-check of the answer sheet. Manjur Rahman Khan, Deputy Controller of Examinations, Rajshahi Board of Education, confirmed the information.
It is learned that due to the absence of classes for a year and a half due to coronavirus, the SSC and equivalent examinations of 2021 were taken in three elective subjects. The Rajshahi Board of Education has received applications for re-check of 9,443 subject based answer sheets. 8,387 students have applied for this.
