Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal has said that all classes of people have been taken into consideration in the upcoming budget for the 2022-23 fiscal year. He said that in this budget low, middle and high-class people have been taken into consideration. Many benefit when a decision is made.

He came up with the development while responding to a question from reporters after a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Public Procurement held on Thursday afternoon.

In response to a question, AHM Mustafa Kamal said that if the opportunity is given to a rich person, then the main goal is to create a workplace here. It is seen whether there is any benefit in the social field. If given a chance, if something good happens, the marginalized people will be the beneficiaries. These are the ones we have given priority to.

Asked about the budget in the midst of rising commodity prices, he said that ups and downs are happening all over the world. The rich and the poor are not out of it. Our main task will be stabilization. We want to bring it together through different policies. We need growth. The amount of inflation that has not happened in 40 years in America. The situation is similar in every country. If there is a problem like the benefits available in the market economy, it spreads all over the world. We are trying to make people suffer less. Eid is coming, lentils will be given to one crore poor families.

"If the price of gas and electricity goes up, it will be suicidal," he said, referring to the reaction of traders. If the price goes up, then of course one way or the other it will have an impact on someone. We want the impact to be less. I will make sure that everything is at a tolerable level. That is why the government itself is sharing it with the consumers.
