Two people went missing after a paddy-laden trawler capsized due to strong currents and waves in the Padma river at Shimulia in Munshiganj. Locals rescued 13 people, but Dadan and Helal are still missing.

The incident took place on the Shimulia-Kanthalbari route on Saturday morning. Immediately after the incident, the naval police and fire service started the rescue operation.
