Three crushed dead by train in Gazipur

Three people were killed after a train hit a pickup van at an unprotected gate in Gazipur's Kaliganj.
The accident took place at around 10:30 am on Saturday (May 21) in the Nalchhata area near Arikhola railway station.
Details of the casualties could not be immediately known.
Confirming the information, Arikhola railway station master Kamrul Islam, said that a Dhaka-bound Egarosindhur train from Kishoreganj hit a palm-laden pickup van at an unguarded gate at Nalchhata near Arikhola railway station at around 10:30 am, leaving three people of the pickup dead on the spot.
