2 dead as bus rams autorickshaw on Dhaka-Aricha highway

Two people were killed when a bus rammed an autorickshaw at Shivalaya Upazila in Manikganj.
The accident took place at Mahadevpur bus stand on the Dhaka-Aricha highway on Saturday afternoon.
Barangail Highway Police OC Riyad Mahmud confirmed the matter. The identities of the victims could not be known immediately.
OC Riyadh said two passengers of the autorickshaw were killed when the Paturia-bound bus of Comfort Line Paribahan hit them. Preparations are underway to recover the body and to send to the district hospital.
