A female police officer holds her eight-month-old baby in her arms amid winter morning with drizzling....the reason for sharing the picture on Facebook is that – it is only possible for a woman to carry an equal responsibility by holding a rifle on her shoulder, a key to the treasury in her hand and a child on her chest.”
Hundreds of Facebook users commented on the picture within an hour of sharing the status. There, a woman named Mahmuda Sultana writes: “That is why, women are not only given equal responsibilities in all matters but also work with utmost sincerity, equal to men and in many cases achieve greater success than men. A woman can survive by fighting the battle of life in various forms throughout her life.”

Even in the early 20th century, many women wanted to stay away from challenging professions. However, the situation has gradually been changing. Women in the workplace are established today. They are moving forward in challenging professions like heroes.
A child is the responsibility of society. If we don’t help them to grow up, it will bring harm to society. However, women who are involved in challenging professions have repeatedly proved that children are not hindered in women’s work.
