Earthquake jolts country again

The country was hit by another earthquake within a day. A mild earthquake, the magnitude of 4.2 on the Richter scale, jolted the Chattogram.
The earthquake jolted the Chattogram on Saturday afternoon.
The epicenter of the earthquake was reported in the Hakha city of Chin State in Myanmar, said the Patenga Meteorological Department.
Meanwhile, no casualties have been reported so far in the incident.
Earlier, a moderate earthquake jolted different parts of the country including the capital Dhaka in the early hours on Friday (November 26).
According to European Seismological Earthquake Center (ESMC), The earthquake’s epicenter was reported below the Myanmar-India border which had a magnitude of 6.1 on the Richter scale.
