Global Covid-19 deaths, cases fall

The number of coronavirus infected and cases in the world has decreased slightly in the last 24 hours. During the time, 609,038 have been newly infected which was 704,813 in the previous day.
During this time, 810 people died of the virus across the world which was 1,029 in the previous day. With this number, the total number coronavirus infected in the world stood at 575,077,968 while the death toll rose to 6,403,113.
At this time, 587,040 people have recovered from Corona in the world. Since the beginning of Corona, the total number of recoveries is 544,734,783.
Mexico has topped the daily death toll list. In the last 24 hours, 105 people have died and 28,539 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country. The country reported 327,073 deaths and 6,617,393 cases.
Italy has registered the second-highest death toll of 77 during the time. With this, the tally of fatalities from the pandemic has risen to 170,875 in the country. Besides, the tally of infections has surged to 20,660,065 with 51,208 new cases.
Taiwan has seen the third-highest death toll of 65 in the last 24 hours, raising the death toll to 8,596. The total number of cases has exceeded 4,430,583 with 21,737 new infections.
Brazil has registered 42 deaths and 9,823 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of fatalities to 677,021 and counting the overall caseload to 33,591,356 in the country due to the pandemic so far.
The United States has had a death toll of 17 in the last 24 hours, raising the death toll to 1,051,996. The total number of cases has exceeded 92,194,892 with 22,556 new infections.
In Russia, 37 more people have died from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, increasing the death toll from the pandemic to 382,155. Besides, the tally of infections has surged to 18,532,255 as 7,523 new cases were confirmed during the period.
Japan has reported 192,109 new coronavirus cases, taking the overall caseload to 11,173,911. The death toll due to COVID-19 climbed to 31,852 with 53 people succumbing to the disease in a span of 24 hours.
