5 die of COVID, 740 identified in Khulna

Another 5 people have died of COVID in the last 24 hours on Khulna. 740 have been identified COVID positive in Khulna.
The number of deaths due to coronavirus is suddenly increasing in Khulna division. Infection has been uncontrolled since few days.
This information was given in a report signed by Khulna Divisional Health Director Md. Manjurul Murshid on Wednesday afternoon. Earlier, 753 people were identified as coronavirus positive and one died in the division on Tuesday.
It is learned that 5 people have died of COVID in Khulna division in the last 24 hours. Among them, each one died in Khulna, Jashore, Narail, Jhenaidah and Kushtia. At the same time, 740 people were infected in the division. Khulna city is at the top of the infection list. A maximum of 200 people have been identified in this district. Coronavirus was detected in 132 samples in Kushtia and 111 people in Jashore.
Besides, 39 people were identified in Bagerhat, 52 in Satkhira, 60 in Jhenaidah, 74 in Chuadanga, 20 in Narail, 22 in Magura and 30 in Meherpur. 260 people have recovered in the last 24 hours.
According to the report of the health department, a total of 1,23,527 people have been identified as coronavirus positive in 10 districts of the department from the beginning of coronavirus infection in Khulna division till Wednesday morning. So far 1,10,059 people have recovered from COVID. And a total of 3,216 people have died.
The highest death toll in coronavirus was in Khulna city. 613 people died in this district. The lowest death toll was 7 in Satkhira.
Khulna is at the top among the districts considering the identified number. Corona of 30,717 people have been identified here. The lowest number of identities is 4,479 in Magura.
