World witness highest single day infection

The whole world has been devastated by the novel coronavirus. Death and infections from the deadly virus are rising alarmingly. For the first time, after the pandemic began more than 214,000 people have been infected with coronavirus and the virus claimed 5,518 lives in the last 24 hours across the world.
According to worldometer, so far, 552,046 people have died from the deadly virus infection out of 12,166,688 coronavirus cases across the world. Of them, 7,030,227 have recovered.
Brazil witnesses 1,187 deaths, the highest number in the last 24 hours. The death toll rose to 68,055. Besides, the number of coronavirus cases in the country rose to 1,716,196 with new 41,000 cases reported in the last 24 hours.
The death toll in the United States has dropped slightly in recent days but is still close to a thousand mark. More than 60,000 patients have been identified in the country in 24 hours. The United States is the most affected nation by the deadly coronavirus having 3,158,932 people infected with the virus. Of these, 134,862 have died in the country.
A total of 895 people have died in Mexico on the last day. In all, 32,796 have died of the virus in the country. In total, 275,003 are infected.
After that, India reports 491 deaths in a single day. The total death toll rises to 21,144. A total of 769,052 infections reported in the country so far.
The coronavirus was first detected in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, China in December 2019. The virus, which has spread from China, has so far infected 215 countries and territories around the world.
