JKG Healthcare chairman Dr. Sabrina Sharmin Hussain alias Sabrina Arif Chowdhury's face value was the main weapon of issuing fake Covid-19 test certificates.

The matter has been confirmed by the officers involved in the investigation of the Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police (DB) on the first day of the second phase remand.

DB officials say Sabrina was the main weapon in JKG's coronavirus testing fraud. Using her face value to the Department of Health various acts were done. However, this work was not possible alone for her. The cooperation of different officials has been required at different times. We will call everyone one by one to investigate the case.

Dr. Sabrina, wife of Arif Chowdhury, CEO of JKG Health Care, who was arrested for providing fake report over coronavirus testing. About 15,000 fake test reports for COVID-19 were found on one of their laptops.

Earlier, Police arrested Dr. Sabrina's husband Arif Chowdhury. According to the police, 26,000 patients from JKG Health Care have been reported for the corona test. Of these, corona samples of 11,540 people were properly tested through IEDCR. The reports of the remaining 15,460 people were made on the company's laptop. Evidence of this was found on the recovered laptop. Arif Chowdhury told the police during interrogation that 6 to 7 JKG workers made fake reports.

JKG CEO Arif Chowdhury was remanded for another four days in the second phase on Wednesday. Earlier on Monday DB police were interrogating Dr. Sabrina on a three-day remand. Dr. Sabrina's remand ends on Thursday. On Friday, she was again remanded in custody for two days.
