Wahida Khanam discharged from hospital

Former Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Ghoraghat Wahida Khanam
Wahida Khanam, a former Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Ghoraghat upazila in Dinajpur, has been discharged from the hospital after a month of treatment.
She was released from the National Institute of Neuroscience and Hospital in the capital on Thursday.
After the attack on UNO Wahida Khanam in Ghoraghat on September 1, she was first taken to a hospital in Rangpur in critical condition. From there, she was brought to Dhaka by Bangladesh Air Force helicopter and admitted to the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina directed to give her better treatment.
Then on the night of September 3, Professor Dr. Jahed Hossain, head of the Department of Neuro Trauma at the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital, and his team conducted a complex operation on the brain.
