Verdict on sensational Samiul murder case today

The verdict in the sensational murder case of five-year-old Samiul Azim Wafi of Dhaka's Adabar is set to be announced on Sunday.
Judge Sheikh Nazmul Alam of Dhaka Special Judge's Court-4 will announce the verdict this afternoon.
On November 23, the court fixed December 8 to deliver its judgement after completion of arguments of both the prosecution and defence sides. As the verdict of the case was not ready on that day, the court deferred the date to December 20.
The two accused in the murder case are -Samiul's mother Ayesha Humayra Esha and her paramour Shamsuzzaman Arif alias Baku.
According to the case statement, Samiul was kidnapped and murdered allegedly by his mother Ayesha and Shamsuzzaman on June 23 in 2010, as he witnessed their illicit affairs.
Later on June 24 of the same year, Samiul's father filed the murder case against the duo with Adabor Police Station.
Samiul was a student of play group of Green-Wood International School in Nabboddya Housing under Adabor Police Station.
