People in USA are scared of coronavirus spread amid seasonal influenza outbreak
About 16 thousand people have died in the United States this year due to seasonal influenza outbreaks, reports Hawaii News Now.
Apart from this, the Trump administration is in a silent sate regarding the coronavirus issue although its spread in the country is surging day by day.
According to the media, the country's Centers for Disease Prevention and Control has announced that out of the 16 thousand killed infected with influenza, 105 were children.
The center is estimated to have infected around 209 million people this year, out of which .28 million people have had to be hospitalized. But before the end of the outbreak of seasonal influenza, the people of the country are now in fear of spreading coronavirus.
Despite the fact that many people are suffering from coronavirus in the country so far, the government is not saying anything. Meanwhile, representatives of the US Congress have strongly criticized the Trump administration for not having seen any government program to combat the coronavirus.
Republican Senator Mitt Romney said there was no government activity to combat coronavirus. In addition, Democrat Senator Jack Schumer said the Trump administration is in a state of confusion over the coronavirus.
