Two killed in motorcycle-bus collision in Mawa

Two motorcyclists were killed as their vehicle collided with a Dhaka-bound bus on the Dhaka-Mawa Expressway in Munshiganj. Two more motorcyclists were injured in the accident.
The deceased were identified as Sujan Bagha, son of Sattar Bagha of Joynagar village under Jajira police station of Shariatpur district and Farman Ali, son of Qadir Hawladar of the same village.
The accident took place near Padma Bridge Toll Plaza in Khanbari area of Louhajang Upazila at 12:30 pm on Sunday.
Dewan Azad Hossain, station officer of the Srinagar Fire Service, said four riders on two motorcycles were going to Shariatpur from Dhaka. On the way, a BRTC passenger bus hit the motorcycles on the expressway, leaving two riders of a motorcycle dead on the spot. Besides, two other riders of another motorcycle were also injured.
