Tigers rceived vaccine’s second dose

The Bangladesh National Cricket Team will leave for Sri Lanka on April 12 to play a two-match Test series. Before this, the Tigers today took the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Earlier, the cricketers took the first dose of this vaccine last February.
Those who did not get the vaccine in February took the first dose today. Earlier, The Bangladesh cricket team took the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine in two phases on February 18 and 20.
As per the doctor’s advice, the second dose should be taken within eight to twelve weeks after taking the first dose. Following that Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mukidul Islam Mugdho, Hasan Mahmud, Shoriful Islam, Nayeem Hasan, Mohammad Mithun, Taijul Islam, Saif Hasan and Taskin Ahmed took the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine at Kurmitola General Hospital in the capital on Saturday.
Except for fielding coach Ryan Cook, all of the foreign coaching staff have given the vaccine jab. Besides, head coach Russell Domingo, who returned to Bangladesh last night after a holiday at the end of the New Zealand tour, also took the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine with the cricketers.
