Bangladesh and West Indies are facing in the last ODI of the three-match series. Despite losing two wickets in the beginning, the Tigers are gradually moving forward with Shakib-Tamim’s bat.

Until the latest report, Bangladesh scored 78 runs after losing two wickets in 16 overs.

The match started at 11:30 am on Monday at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram. West Indies captain Jason Mohammed decided to field after winning the toss. As a result, Bangladesh started batting first in this match after winning the first two matches by chasing the run.

Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das opened the innings for Bangladesh. In the fifth ball of the first over, Liton was hit LBW by Alzarri Joseph. He returned to the dressing room without a run. Najmul Hossain Shanto could not do much with the bat in this match. He lost to Kyle Mayers by 20 runs off 30 balls.

Currently, Tamim and Shakib are leading the team. Both are unbeaten on 34 and 16 runs respectively.

If Bangladesh wins this match, the team will get the glory of whitewashing the West Indies for the second time. Despite winning a total of five series against the Caribbean, the Tigers have only been able to whitewash them on the 2009 tour where Bangladesh won the three-match series 3-0.
