Halim kabab! Do you ever hear the name? Now many of us are thinking, we were eating Halim! How it can be made? let’s find out the recipe of making Halim Kabab-


Instant Halim Mix 1 packet, beef 1 and a half cup, garlic slices 2 tablespoons, ginger slices 1 tablespoon, ghee 2 tablespoon, coriander powder 1 tablespoon, cumin powder 1 tablespoon, chat masala 1 tablespoon, chili powder 1 tablespoon, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, 1 cups of coriander slices, basil leaves sliced 1 cup, raw chili slices 2 cups and bread crumbs as required.


Soak the Halim Mix in hot water for 1 hour. In this time cook the meat with ginger and garlic until boil. When the meat will boil, reduce the flame to low heat and cook until the water is dry. Now make a paste on the meat and dal in a blender. Then mix all the ingredients with the paste in a container. After that, makes kabab shape as your wish and mixed with ghee and fry it in a pan. Then it is prepared to serve to your family members or friends.
