Temperature may rise over country

Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Tuesday predicted that night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.
The Met Office also forecasted that weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9:00 am today.
Besides, light fog may occur at places over the river basins of the country during the early morning, said a Met office bulletin issued this morning.
As an outlook for the next 72 hours, the BMD predicted: "Temperature may rise further".
The highest temperature on Saturday was recorded at 33.0 degrees Celsius in Sitakunda of Chattogram division, while today’s minimum temperature was 11.9 degrees Celsius at Srimangal under Sylhet division.
The sun sets at 5:58 pm today and rises at 6:26 am tomorrow in the capital.
