Teli Samad transferred to cabin from ICU

The country’s leading comedian Teli Samad has been brought to the cabin from the ICU.

He has been undergoing treatment at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) since December 19. At that time he was transferred to the ICU due to his physical condition.

At present, the condition of Teli Samad has improved slightly. The matter was confirmed Daily Bangladesh by her daughter Sohaila Samad Kakoli.  

Kakoli said, “Father’s condition is better now. He was brought to the cabin from the ICU afternoon on Wednesday. But it cannot be said that his physical condition is very good. At this moment, his blood hemoglobin is now in control. But it cannot be said when that rise again.”

She also said, ”There are different types of testing is done every day. Earlier, blood was given regularly, but it is now stopped at this moment.”  

Kakoli further said, “It is not possible to take father to the foreign country for treatment because of his physical condition. So, there is no plan to take him abroad. But if there is no way, then he will be taken. Before that, physicians’ consultation will be taken.”  

On December 23, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina phoned and inquired about the condition of Teli Samad. At that time, the Prime Minister ensured to give all necessary help.
