Tasty beef-cabbage curry

In winter season cabbage is very available and it is cheap also. Those who want to lose weight cabbage is very effective for them as it works to lose the weight of our body. It contains a lot of calcium, phosphorus, and sodium, which alleviate various bone problems. But have you ever eaten cabbage with beef? It is amazing with hot rice or bread. Let’s find out the recipe-

Ingredients:

Beef 1 kg, cabbage boiled 2 cups, yogurt 2 tablespoons, onion paste 3 tablespoon, ginger paste one, and a half tablespoon, garlic paste 1 tablespoon, garam masala powder 1 teaspoon, cardamom 3 pieces, cinnamon 2 pieces, bay leaf 2 pieces, one and half teaspoons of turmeric powder, chili powder 2 teaspoon, cumin powder 1 teaspoon, raw pepper 3 to 4, salt to taste, and half cup of oil.

Method:

Wash the meat and drain the water. Then cabbage would slice and rinse with water. After that slices, cabbage kept in on light steam and mix all the spices with the meat and kept it for 20 minutes. Now give the cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, cumin powder with oil on the pan and cover it with mashed meat. When the meat becomes dry, give it in some hot water and stir properly. After some time, the broth of the curry becomes thick, the light steam cabbage has to give in the pan and stir continuously. Cook it very lightly heat. And sprinkle the raw chili before removing pan.
