Fast bowler Taskin Ahmed said he is happy with the success of the fast bowlers in the BCB President's Cup. Bangladesh pacers have improved much and have been able to put pressure on the batsmen. The bowlers benefited from the condition and were able to bowl as planned, he said.

Taskin said there has been a lot of competition, but the bowlers have got a lot of help from the wicket. The bowlers have consistently done well with the help of condition and they have put the batsmen to an acid test. Especially in the first power play.

He added that the bowlers have to give credit here that they have consistently bowled in good places and played as planned. No batsman was given a chance to play easily. The pacers did really well. This is a good thing. The positive thing is that bowlers are improving fast.

Taskin is also very happy with his performance. However, he feels that his bowling needs further improvement.

"All our fast bowlers have done well in this tournament. Everyone is very frugal and has been able to take wickets with new and old balls. If I want to evaluate myself, better than before. But I need to improve further and I want to do better than before. I'm working. Hopefully, something good will happen in the future," Taskin said.

Taskin will play for Nazmul XI against Mahmudullah XI in the final of the BCB President's Cup. He is expecting to give his best in the final.

"It feels great to me so far. It feels good to be able to play white-ball cricket after a long time. All the matches have been competitive and enjoyable," said the fast bowler.

Ahead of the final Taskin said, their main goal is to become the champion. Because our team has won three of the four matches and everyone has tried a lot. Everyone has worked hard. Trying to give the best from their respective places on the field.
