BCB doctor Debashish Chowdhury said, "Tamim has a soft tissue injury to right joint. Treatment is underway, he is under the care of our physio Julien. His injury was not serious, now it has grown a bit."

The BCB doctors could not say how long it would take for Tamim to recover. He said, "The treatment is going on and it is difficult to say how long it will take to recover. We received his scan report here we found no problem. Hopefully, it won't be a problem."
