Sussex docked 24 points over Claydon’s incident

Sussex has been docked 24 points for this year’s Bob Willis Trophy as pacer Mitch Claydon used hand sanitizer on the ball in a match against Middlesex.
Mitch Claydon has been banned for nine matches as well as fined for the incident.
Sussex and Claydon have been punished for violating sections 3.3 and 3.7 of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) policy.
Sussex and Claydon have accepted the punishment.
