Everyone, older and younger, likes to eat spinach. This herb has many nutrients. 1. There may be stones in the kidney

Spinach contains oxalate production. Taking too much of it increases the chances of stone formation in the body. And this oxalate is mixed with urine and produces stones. Calcium oxalate accumulates stones in the kidneys as a result. 100 grams of Spinach contains 970 mg of oxalate. Although the amount of oxalate in the cooked Spinach is reduced slightly.

2. Pain in the neck may increase

Spinach contains an ingredient called purines. Which is hit directly by the neck. Vegetables that have a high amount of purine can increase the pain at the final stage. Again, for those who suffer from uric acid problem, it is very harmful for them.


3. Spinach dilutes blood

Spinach contains a lot of vitamin K, which serves as a good mineral. However, taking extra vitamin K can make the body's blood diluted. Which increases the risk of stroke. Half cup cooked spinach contains 444 micrograms of vitamin K.
