Pritom Ahmed, a popular singer, lyricist, composer and social worker who gifted fans with songs like ‘Balika’, ‘Cholo Palai’, ‘Bhalobashar Michile Esho’ etc, has recently starred in the famous TV series ‘The Crown’.
The artist has been living in the UK since 2016. Although he continued his music career in the beginning, he started to act last year.
Singer Pritom Ahmed has already worked with some of the most famous production companies in Hollywood. Those movies, web series are waiting to be released.
In that continuation, Pritom Ahmed is going to star in a popular TV series based on the story of the British royal family.
“I got the opportunity to play the role of Bangladesh High Commissioner is a special episode of the famous series ‘The Crown’ based on the story of the British royal family,” said Pritom Ahmed.
“This is notable for three reasons; first – ‘The Crown’ is a series of historical contexts, second – to perform as a Bangladeshi artist under a contract with the world’s first-class production company like Sony Pictures, and third – the opportunity to represent the name of Bangladesh’s clothing and country to the world,” he added.
