Earlier, reports of dictatorship, irregularities and money scam were also reported in Daily Bangladesh against him as he had been accused of doing such wrongdoing in the federation.

The juvenile’s uncle, Hira Lal, filed a women and children abuse case at Gulshan Police Station on Wednesday.

According to the details of the case it is known that- Around half a hundred players from 16 countries participated in the ITF International Tennis Tournament held in Dhaka recently. Among them, Rena Lal, daughter of Shibu Lal, a tennis player and coach of the expatriate Bangladeshi in USA, came to Dhaka to play for the country. She went to the guest house of Dhaka Club through Tennis Federation General Secretary Golam Morshed.

On the evening of November 4, Golam Morshed offered dinner to the victim, Rena Lal. Morshed drove her by his own car to the NE (L) home of Gulshan, Road-90 as she agreed to the dinner offer. There he offered Rena alcohol and cigarettes. In the car, Golam Morshed humiliated Rena and spoke in an obscene way. Rena taken to a coffee-shop after repeatedly interrupting the GS. After drinking coffee, Morshed again took her to Gulshan's house in promising of being dropped her off at the club. Then he again proposed her to do immoral activity.

Raina Lal rejects all misconduct and shouts angrily. Golam Morshed then fixed a car for the victim and Rena arrived at the club at 11pm as well as reported to her father.

The victims of tennis players were set to play in Dhaka, Rajshahi and Khulna. But she went to the United States on November -14, being afraid of GS misbehave, without being told by anyone about sexual harassment.

Already the victim's father also came from the United States to Bangladesh. He went straight to Khulna from Dhaka with having a plan to meet the girl in Khulna though they could not meet. The victim's juvenile emailed his father returned to the US one of which copy of the e-mail is kept at Daily Bangladesh.

The victim, Rena Lal, sought the punishment of Golam Morshed in that email. She also mentioned that many women tennis players were upset because of Golam Morshed.

The victim's father has become bewildered because of such an incident and just wanted justice for it. The tennis legend of Bangladesh has urged law enforcement agencies to ensure that no other girl is subjected to sexual harassment.

The plaintiff Hira Lal told Daily Bangladesh, “I filed a case with Gulshan Police Station yesterday. The OC has assured that the accused will be arrested as soon as possible.”

Gulshan Police Station sources said that operation officer Amirul Islam has already started working on the issue.

In this regard, General Secretary of the Tennis Federation, Golam Morshed told Daily Bangladesh that it was a heinous complaint. I'll deal with it legally and I have talked about this with my legal team.
