Desserts are constantly adding variety and flavors to meet the needs of the beloved Bengali. Rasamalai is usually made with milk. However, have you ever eaten ‘Semolina’s (suzie)Rasmalai’? Let’s find out the recipe-

Ingredients: 2 cups of liquid milk, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of ghee, Semolina 1/4 cup, a little of cardamom powder.

Recipe: Mix 1 cup milk, ghee, half cup of sugar in a pot and boil it together. Now cook with a little semolina and fry in the pan. Ghee in your hands and make a smooth dose for a while.

Now make small balls of your choice. After a while combine powdered milk, sugar, a little water with extra milk and burn. After boiling, those small balls have to immerse in the pot. When milk becomes thick, put down the pot. Let it cool down. Serve with almonds as desired.
