Second COVID shot from April 7: Health Minister

Health Minister Zahid Maleque has said that the second shot of coronavirus vaccine will be administered from April 7.
The minister came up with the information on Tuesday while talking to reporters.
The minister said so far more than 3.7 million people have registered for vaccination while about 24 lakh have been vaccinated.
Regarding expatriates, the minister said that even after taking two doses of coronavirus vaccine, passengers traveling abroad will need a certificate of coronavirus negative.
"We have taken various measures to provide vaccines across the country," he said, adding that teachers will soon be vaccinated.
