The result of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination of Jashore education board will be forwarded to the guardians’ mobile number.

The Jashore Education Board has issued an urgent notice in this regard on Sunday. It instructed the heads of educational institutions to submit the mobile numbers of the resultant candidates by April 30.

The initiative has taken to deliver the results at the fastest time and reduce the suffering, said the board's controller of the examination.

Jashore Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Examination Controller Professor Madhav Chandra Rudra said "Every year, the results of the SSC exam is released in the last week of April or the first week of May. This year, working is underway on that goal. However, due to the public transport shutdowns amid coronavirus situation, it has not yet been possible to return the exam sheets from the teachers after evaluation. As a result, the results publications can be deferred."

He said the result will be published only if the country returns to normal. However, today's notice of SSC results on mobile has no connection with the Coronavirus effect.

"We have taken initiatives to reach result to the students and their parents quickly and without suffering," he added. As a result, according to the previous rules, the results will be announced in the school and the result will be sent to the examinee’s mobile. This will increase the financial costs of the board a little bit, but also reduce the suffering of the resultant candidates.

Professor Madhav Chandra Rudra said that the school heads would fill the mobile number of the parents of the aspirants of their own educational institutions in the prescribed form on the board’s website. They will complete the task by April 30. This year, SSC results will be sent to the guardians’ mobile number along with the publication in the school
