‘SSC exams to be held following hygiene rules’

The Dhaka Education Board has said that 2021’s SSC examination will be taken in all the centers in compliance with the hygiene rules amid the ongoing Covid-19 situation.
The information was given in a notification issued by the board on Monday calling for setting up new centers and changing centers for the SSC examinations.
It is learned that the Dhaka Board has started accepting applications for setting up new centers and changing the centers for SSC from June 1. Applications will be accepted till June 30. The board has asked non-MPOs or institutions operating in rented buildings not to apply for new centers.
The notification said the application for setting up a new center and change of center along with the required documents has to be submitted to the board’s examination controller by June 30.
The application must be made on the institution’s own pad. Tk 3000 (non-refundable) fee for application for the new center and Tk 1000 (non-refundable) fee for change of center has to be deposited through Sonali Bank. A fee submission slip must be submitted along with the debenture.
It has been learned that the new center or the prescribed instructions for the change of center has to be downloaded from the website of the Dhaka Education Board and has to be submitted along with the application form.
