Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's family was completely silent on his death, even his father KK Singh. But this time it is Sushant's lover who is responsible for the boy's death. Sushant's father has lodged an FIR against actress Riya Chakraborty and her family at Patna police station.

Sushant's father has made serious allegations against Riya in the FIR. A case has been filed against Riya under sections 306, 341, 342, 380, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the complaint, he said, Riya had been keeping an eye on his son's money and property from the very beginning. Not only shopping using Sushant's credit card and traveling abroad, she forcibly opened three companies by him. Riya and her brother Sauvik Chakraborty are partners in those three companies.

In March, Riya suddenly removed one of Sushant's trusted bodyguards. He also had problems with Sushant's employees. When Sushant was suffering from mental problems, Riya did not want to let him know to the doctor or the people of the house. Riya’s family would decide who Sushant would meet or talk to.

Riya forcibly took all the responsibility of Sushant's flat on her shoulders. Sushant's father even alleged that he had removed several things from the house. Riya did not want Sushant to have good communication with his family. Sushant's relatives have alleged that he used to tie Sushant with chains.

A team of Bihar police investigators has been in Mumbai for the past two days. They have spoken to several people without informing the Mumbai police. The legal notice has also been sent to the rear house. If he does not help in the investigation, he will be arrested and brought to Patna, police said. They are also scheduled to hold a meeting with Mumbai police on Wednesday (July 29).
