Remove formalin from food using 2 ways

Fruits and vegetables are definitely kept on the everyday food list! And unfortunately, formalin remained in these foods of the market. By eating these foods our health risk is increasing day by day.
Formalin is a polymer of formaldehyde. Formaldehyde looks like white powder. Formalin is mainly used in textile, plastic, paper, paint, construction, and preservation of bodies. Formalin also contains methanol in addition to formaldehyde, which is harmful to the body.
Nowadays this chemical is given in fruits, fish, meat, vegetables and even in milk. Many people’s thought is immersing in pure water for 15 to 20 minutes will remove or reduce formalin from the food. But, actually, it is not much effective though it can reduce little. But for the safety of your health, you should know that.
So, let’s know, two ways to protect yourself from this danger:
- If you want to remove formalin from the food in the raw state, then keep those under the water tap and keep under it for 10 to 15 minutes. Because there are numerous small pores on the skin of raw vegetables and fruits. And when immersed in water, formalin can be mixed more. So leave the food or fruits turning on the water tap.
- Formalin can be removed even after soaking in vinegar or lemon juice for 15 to 20 minutes. In the heat of the fire, formalin is mostly reduced. Therefore, before cooking, use this formalin reduction method; it is possible to completely release the formalin from food and will keep your body safer.
