Candidates took part in last academic year’s admission test of University of Rajshahi (RU)
The admission test for the first-year undergraduate/graduate (honors) class of the University of Rajshahi (RU) for the 2020-21 academic year will start on June 14.
“The decision was taken at a meeting of the admissions sub-committee chaired by Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof M Abdus Sobhan in the conference room of Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam Administration Building of the university on Monday,” confirmed Prof M Humayun Kabir of Faculty of Business Studies to Daily Bangladesh
He said the admission test in three units (A, B, C) of RU will be completed in three days. Admission test of ‘C’ unit will be held on June 14, ‘A’ unit on June 15 and ‘B’ unit on June 16.
The exams of each unit will be held in three shifts. 45,000 candidates will be able to participate in one unit with three shifts of 15,000 in each shift, he added.
This year, the admission test of 100 marks in 80 MCQ questions will be held for a period of 1 hour. In this, 1 number can be deducted for 5 wrong answers. The minimum pass number in the exam will be 40. There is no second time and GPA number in this year too.
