Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Md. Tajul Islam says any work can be criticized, discussed, there is no problem. But the problems we have in our country cannot be solved swiftly. Problems need to be solved through work by planning.

He said this while addressing as the chief guest at a workshop at the Spectra Convention Center in Gulshan on Sunday.

The minister said that working on a sound plan would help to avoid any kind of problem and natural disaster. It is not right to try to do something that I just did in a hurry.

He said that Bangladesh was once called one of the poorest countries in the world. At the time of our independence, the per capita income was $ 50-60. From there, the per capita income of the people of Bangladesh has now increased to about $ 2000. Bangladesh is constantly improving. At one time, Bangladesh will become a developed country.

'Our secretaries said that earlier in the evening there were no flies in the secretariat. But now ‘We have to work until eight or nine ‘O’ clock at night. We are working for development.’

“Our Prime Minister is very skilled and hard-working. All of you will be there, everyone will work together. Inshallah, we can build a better Bangladesh of the dream;” the minister also said.
