Expressing his hope to cast 50 percent votes in DNCC and DSCC, EC Secretary said, “It’s our expectation, but it is not the final.”

About the presence of the voter, he said, “Our CEC made a comment in the morning. Since it is by-polls, its term for one year, and not enough rival candidates, so naturally voters may have less interest in this election.”
