Policeman dies at CMCH

A member of Chattogram Metropolitan Police has died of liver cirrhosis at Chattogram Medical College Hospital on Saturday morning.
Deceased Mohammad Golamur Rahman, a resident of Boalkhali Upazila worked as a Constable in the City Special Branch of CMP.
Confirming the information, CMP ADC (PR) Abu Bakkar Siddique said Golamur Rahman was undergoing treatment at CMCH for liver cirrhosis. He died there on Saturday morning. His Janaza was held at Dampara Police Lines after Zohar maintaining social distance and hygiene. Senior CMP officials took part in the Janaza.
ADC Abu Bakkar further said that samples were collected and sent to the lab to find out whether Constable Golamur Rahman was infected with coronavirus.
